There is something magical about the combination of chocolate and orange. These brownies get flavor and a touch of elegance by the use of the orange-flavored liqueur, Grand Marnier®. The orange tang is further pumped up with fresh orange zest. It's a flavor combination that is irresistible. Fast and easy to make. I pick up the small single serving bottles of liqueur, so it's not necessary to buy a large bottle. However, if you are unable to use alcohol, you may substitute fresh orange juice.
