The Harvey Wallbanger cocktail was a popular drink in the 70s. The drink is made with vodka, Galliano liqueur, and orange juice. Those flavors are a perfect match in this moist, decadent cake. The simple glaze made with the same cocktail ingredients really makes the cake. This is best made in a Bundt cake pan, but the same batter may be used to make cupcakes or muffins (reduce baking time accordingly).
