
Couscous is a very fine-grained form of pasta that makes a deliciously different side dish. Best of all, it is fast and easy to make. Chicken broth infuses the couscous, then it is further punched up with the tangy flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, and fresh basil. You can have this on the table in about 20 minutes. For a vegetarian version, vegetable broth may be substituted for the chicken broth.
