Frozen versions of this Caribbean lime shrimp recipe are available in most markets, but they are pricey. It's easy enough to make at home using a quick lime and tequila marinade. It cooks up fast and makes its own delicious margarita glaze. Citrus-lovers go gaga over this recipe. It may be served as an entree over rice or at room temperature as a party appetizer. Make sure you use orange juice concentrate, not plain orange juice. Fresh limes are also a must. Arriba!
