
The sweet, yet tart tang of raspberries goes fabulously with white chocolate in these simple, yet delicious muffins. They are a real treat with a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast or as a snack. If you are a fan of nuts, try adding some chopped pecans or macadamia nuts as a variation. If fresh raspberries are unavailable, frozen will work just fine, or substitute any other favorite berry or chopped fruit into this basic recipe.
