The Thanksgiving meal is over and leftovers are stored. What will you do with all those turkey leftovers? How about surprising your family with something a little different this year. These leftover turkey recipes are a stretch from the norm. Try Yankee Doodle Noodles, Sweet Potato and Turkey Croquettes, Turkey Tetrazzini (pictured), or one of the other interesting cooked turkey recipes.
