Black bean salad is always a welcome sight on the table. Luckily, it is fast and simple to make, especially since you begin with canned black beans. The only cooking involved here is the fresh corn. However, you can shave off even more preparation time if you substitute frozen corn. The salad gets an extra boost of flavor from fresh tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro. The flavor improves with refrigeration, so consider making the salad the day before.
