Walmart and Melissa d'Arabian, winner of 2009's The Next Food Network Star and host of the new Food Network show Ten Dollar Dinners, have teamed up to create recipes on a budget for the holidays. Here we have turkey roasted with a compound herb butter flavored with rosemary and sage. The bird is stuffed with more herbs and a full head of whole garlic cloves, then roasted to perfection in a wine bath. Do not be concerned about the amount of garlic. Whole roasted garlic cloves are mellow and almost nutty in flavor.
