I’ve made these same candies, but without the marshmallows. It tastes just as good! I’m looking forward to trying it with the marshmallows.
A reader sent in that basic recipe that you have tried and enjoyed. I just had to play with it! It takes a bit more time, but sure brought raves. Many said it should be the next new candy bar. They are quite addictive.

These are so good!! I only had trouble with a few of the marshmallows falling off and being so sticky to put back on the rollo. It was worth the little mess of the marshmallow. I’ll just remember to push the marshmallow on a little harder than just sitting it on top of the rollo before baking.
I will be making more of these treats!

I think I may revisit this recipe again and see how it goes using marshmallow fluff. Unfortunately, our readers outside the USA usually don’t have access to the fluff. I have to send fluff to my Kiwi buddy in New Zealand. She’s a fluff addict!
