Swiss cheese is a great ingredient to add to almost any recipe. It’s true Switzerland has tons of great cheese, not just the one with the holes. Emmentaler is a very traditional Swiss cheese that can add tons of flavor to your favorite dish.

Sliced veal Zurich with mushroom gravy and 3 cheese Rosti is GOURGEOUS! Just delicious and so tasty. I went to Restaurant Old Swiss House in Fuegirola, Malaga, Spain and once I tried I look fordward the receipt but is not so easy to do at home.
