Potato Salad Recipes

Most of us will be planning some type of gathering of friends and family to celebrate July 4th. Potato salad is a traditional dish for summer gatherings. These potato salad recipes use standard white or red potatoes, gold potatoes, blue or purple potatoes, sweet potatoes, and others.

Looks delicious! Potato salad is one of my hubby’s favorites and an all – time summertime classic.

Mustard potato salad is my favorite. I usually put it in a larger bowl so I have more area on top to decorate in a goemetric design. Try adding some wedged black olives to potato salad. Yum!
