Ham is one of my favorites to eat in a very special ocassion like Christmas. This recipe is quite new to me really and I’ll give it a try this New Year.

(2) Donna says:

This ‘baked fresh ham with cherry glaze’ sounded good but seems unreasonably complicated - esp since I’m ambivalent about coriander - esp toasting, then grinding them?
And if I’m going to rehydrate the cherries anyway - why do they need to be dried - why not the nice sour cherries I froze last summer? - Come down off your lofty hoity toity and get more efficient and real.
