My fruitcake (2nd) had a good flavor, but it was very dry. My GE Profile oven does not maintain temperatures well that are lower than 300 degrees. Has anyone tried cooking a fruitcake in a Nesco roaster? If so, do you have any suggestions for making a moist fruitcake?
