Crabby Rice Pilaf Recipe

My friend's son dubbed this Shredded Brains and Grubs, much to the chagrin of his parents. I think he's in Halloween mode. He did ask for seconds, so he must have liked it as much as the adults. It's creamy and rich enough to use as a main dish. Use real crabmeat or less expensive imitation crab in this colorful and flavorful rice pilaf.

in the crabby rice salad when is the tomato added? I added it at the same time of the green onion.
Yes, the tomato goes in last with the green onions and crab.
