I’d like to try this but the directions (I seldom have trouble and have re-read this many times) are incomprehensible, to me.

Take another look at the bread bowl instructions. I’ve tried to make them a bit more clear, but it’s a very simple process. You simply pull the dough out of the loaf round, brush with seasoned butter or oil, and bake.
