Shrimp in Tomato Cream Sauce Recipe

Shallots, garlic, wine, tomatoes, and cream make a fabulous fresh sauce for shrimp and pasta. It's paired with angel hair pasta here, but feel free to use your favorite pasta or even cheese tortellini.
